1. Services

D360 Manpower provides trained male and female bouncers, event hosts and anchors, hostesses, welcome girls, servers, runners and bouncer-cum-drivers in Bengaluru and surrounding areas. All personnel are verified, trained and deployed under our supervision. Service descriptions on the website are indicative; final deliverables are confirmed in the booking agreement.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• •A booking is confirmed only after we accept your requirement, assign personnel and receive the agreed advance or full payment.
• •You must provide accurate event details, venue address, timings and special instructions at the time of booking.
• •We reserve the right to decline any booking that we cannot fulfil safely, legally or within our capacity.

3. Pricing and Payment

• •Rates are quoted based on service type, duration, number of staff, location and risk assessment.
• •Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Prices are subject to revision if requirements change.
• •An advance payment may be required to confirm the booking. The balance is due as agreed in the invoice.
• •Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash or other approved methods.
• •Late payments may attract interest or lead to cancellation of ongoing services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• •Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• •Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled duty may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus administrative charges.
• •Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled duty may not be eligible for a refund.
• •No-shows or service refusal at the venue will be treated as a cancellation and charged in full.
• •Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to:

• •Provide a safe and lawful working environment for our personnel.
• •Not ask our personnel to perform illegal, dangerous or unethical tasks.
• •Cooperate with security checks, access control and safety protocols.
• •Inform us in advance of any special risks, crowd size, VIP presence or medical emergencies.
• •Treat our staff with respect and professionalism. Abuse or harassment will lead to immediate withdrawal of services without refund.

6. Liability

• •D360 Manpower acts as a service provider and is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or theft caused by third parties, force majeure, client negligence or unlawful activities at the venue.
• •Our liability for any proven breach of these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific booking in question.
• •We strongly recommend clients obtain suitable event insurance for high-risk or large gatherings.

7. Conduct and Discipline

Our personnel are trained to act professionally and within the law. They may refuse instructions that compromise safety, legality or company policy. Clients must not interfere with our personnel's duties or encourage excessive force.

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during the booking process (including VIP details, venue layouts and schedules) must not be disclosed to unauthorised parties without our written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the D360 Manpower website, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by D360 Manpower or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute this content without prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, endanger our staff, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or payments.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Karnataka. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
